Welcome to Ulrich Software Inc.
Our corporation was founded in 1990 and currently provides software services for 27 Missouri counties. With offices in Springfield, Missouri and Nixa, Missouri we specialize in application software, computer programming, system design, consultation, and miscellaneous services for Missouri County Government. We provide software applications for the following county offices: Assessor, Collector, Clerk, and Recorder. Our tax administration application can be seamlessly interfaced with our Recorder's application software. Most of our application software is marketed with site licenses, thus avoiding the inconvenience and cost of adding individual user licenses as your IT requirements expand. The Missouri State Tax Commission has approved our personal property and real estate tax administration, and CAMA application software. Our tax administration system incorporates the data for the Assessor's, Collector's, and Clerk's offices into a shared database. This design allows our application software to access data shared by the three offices, allowing a seamless processing of shared tax data thus eliminating the need to download and edit data.
